  	ROCK FALLS - Services for Norma Kaye Staley, 44, 218 E. 3rd St., who was found dead Tuesday in her car, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. A Whiteside Coroner's jury Wednesday ruled Staley died of carbon monoxide poisoning and that her death was a suicide. Staley was found by her ex-husband, Fernando Filippi, with whom she was living, about 2:50 p.m. Tuesday in her car in the garage at the E. 3rd Street address, according to coroner James Grennan. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Kathy Stohre, Angela Filippi, and Christina Filippi, all of Ottawa; her mother, Mrs. Pearl Staley, Dixon; two sisters, Virginia Addington, Dixon, and Mrs. Dallas Nelson, Greeley, Colo., three brothers, Rex Staley, Viborg, S.D., Jay Staley, Fairfield, and Jack Staley, Dixon.
