- Judith "Judy" Verlice Lewis, age 69, of Louisville, IL, passed away at 10:21 am, Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at her daughter's home in Effingham, IL.
Judy was born March 19, 1946 in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of the late John Junkerman Jr. and the late Christine (Johnson) Junkerman.
She spent her time as a nursing aid and was employed by various nursing homes. She was also a loving mother and grandmother.
Judy is survived by sons, Donnie (Elaine) Frazier, Ronnie (Mary) Frazier, daughter, Angie (Chip) Townsend; brother, John Mark (Barbara) Junkerman; sister, Martha (Ray) Vaughn; ten grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son Jonathan Edward Frazier, and infant daughter Theresa Louise Frazier.
Arrangements are being handled by J.W. Neal Funeral Home, Louisville, IL
Funeral service will be held at J.W. Neal Funeral Home at 11:30 am, Saturday, April 25, 2015.
Interment will be at Old Union Cemetery, Louisville, IL.
Memorial donations may be made to the donor's choice and will be received at the funeral home.
